Jesper Højberg is the founder and Executive Director of International Media Support (IMS) and a leading expert in global democracy support to independent media. With 25+ years of experience, he specializes in advancing free media, civil society, and strategic/ collaborative leadership and media partnerships in the most challenging political environments globally. Is a member of the Consultative Network of the Media Freedom Coalition and past member of the Steering Committee of the Global Forum for Media Development among other international board engagements. He holds a master’s in Social Anthropology and is a trained Journalist.
