South African National Editors’ Forum
Sibusiso “Sbu” Ngalwa is a journalist and editor with over 20 years’ experience. Sbu has previously held a number of senior positions at various media organisations – including as the Editor in Chief at Eyewitness News (EWN), Editor-in-Chief at the Daily Dispatch & DispatchLive and Politics Editor at the Sunday Times.
He served for two terms as the Chairperson of the SA National Editors Forum (SANEF).
He is currently the Treasurer General of SANEF and chairs the SANEF Journalism Sustainability Fund Committee. He also serves as the acting Secretary General of the continental editors’ body, The African Editors’ Forum (TAEF).
